Scaffolds Training and Certification Course

This is a course which is now mandated by OSHA for workers who work on elevated work surfaces at 6 feet or higher. Workers who complete the course are issued completion cards from Omni Safety Services - your proof of compliance with the OSHA mandate for worker safety training.

There is no mandate on retraining at any specific time intervals, however retraining will have to take place if new types of fall hazards are introduced, changes occur for which the worker(s) are unfamiliar with, or if retraining is indicated by the worker(s) actions.

This 4 to 8 hour course is usually held for 1/2 day Friday, or 1/2 day Saturday - but can be held on any day or evening. Class size is not restricted, however 45 persons is a practical limit. Larger classes would have to be split up into separate sessions, and a discounted price would apply. Your course topics may be selected from the following list. Note that the Items in red are required by OSHA:

All attendees receive PowerPoint Handouts for all topics, a handouts binder, and one CFR manual for the Company's use. Certificates are sent directly to the contractor for forwarding. Expect 1-2 weeks for certificates. Please call if certificates are needed earlier (say for a special project).
